Privacy details

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, vehicle details, window symptoms, and optional email address. It runs in your browser and prepares a text message for your review. The form does not send information to us by itself: you must send the message from your texting app, or copy and send it yourself.

How we use your request

If you send the message, we use the information to discuss an estimate, verify service availability, communicate about your repair, and arrange service. When you check the required consent box, you agree to receive texts and, if an email address is supplied, emails concerning that request. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.

Choice and contact

You may call 503-446-1122 instead of using the form. To stop service-related messages, reply STOP to a text or contact us at that number. If you have a question about information you sent, contact us by phone.

Website operation

This static website does not set advertising cookies or submit the estimate form to a website database. Your browser, hosting provider, and phone carrier may handle technical information according to their own policies.
